Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

During my recent stay, the two queen beds provided excellent comfort and plenty of space. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the onsite restaurant, and the coffee was particularly good. However, take note of the shuttle service timing—arranging your transport may save time.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel has easy access to the Allstate Arena and Brookfield Zoo for all your fun outings. The breakfast spread was delicious, and we enjoyed swimming in the clean pool. The staff were friendly, making our stay even better. If you plan on a movie night, the microwave popcorn was a hit!

We did have an issue with the front desk staff being a bit passive. It felt like they rushed through the check-in process without giving us a chance to ask questions.

Additionally, the hot water situation was a no-go for showers, and the general cleanliness and furniture condition felt disappointing, with issues like chipped surfaces and urine smells in some rooms. I'll also add that the hotel shares a parking lot with another chain, making it feel overcrowded.

Our family stay spanned three nights. Despite the noisy first floor, the renovated decor on the third floor was a breath of fresh air. Enjoyed the hot breakfast options every morning. Pro tip, request a room on a higher floor for quieter nights.
